- Read the booking conditions below.
- Email or phone us to check availability and to obtain a quote. If you wish to proceed, we will also be able to make a provisional booking for you at this point.
- Print off a copy of the booking form and then complete and return it with full payment to 'Mont Blanc Climbing Wall Ltd, 4 Aysgarth Road, Redbourn, Herts. AL3 7PJ'.
- Please make cheques payable to 'Mont Blanc Climbing Wall Ltd' and we recommend you send it recorded delivery.
- Confirmation of the booking will be sent by recorded delivery, within 14 days.
Booking Conditions - Full payment must be received at the time of booking.
- Cancellations must be notified in writing, at least 30 days in advance of the event and will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations notified less than 30 days in advance of the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- All cancellations will be processed within 7 days of notification and refunds will be issued minus the appropriate cancellation fee.
- Review the 'Will my venue accommodate you?' section on the Frequently Asked Questions Page, to ensure your venue is suitable for access and for us to set the wall up.
- The climbing wall is fully weather proof, but it is not deemed safe practice for use in periods of heavy rain, severe winds or during lightning storms. Based on this, we reserve the right to suspend climbing during periods of heavy rain, severe winds or during lightning storms.
- Our staff and customers are entitled to work and climb in a safe environment. If their safety is threatened, we reserve the right to suspend climbing until the danger passes.
- If the booking is on behalf of a school, it is your responsibility to gain parental permission and medical information where necessary. It is also your responsibility to inform the County Council and the EVC where required.
- Anyone deemed to be under the influence of drink or drugs on the day, will not be allowed to use the climbing wall.
